We at Salon Eleven Hair Co. train, guide and grow the inner strength of our stylists, to be the best in the industry. We transfer our fashion-forward creativity to our guests in order to create the look and image they are looking for.
Jen Masters
Jen is a one of a kind stylist who excels in all areas of hairstyling. Thoughout her 16 year career, she has always pushed the envelope to be better. Jen has traveled North America, learning her craft while soaking up rare opportunities, like working backstage at the Toronto Women's Fashion Week, helping alongside top artist Sam Villa. Jen has earned the respect of many amazing artists in the industry while having the privilege of being mentored by them.
Jen has shared her passion for hair over the past 8 years by becoming an educator and was ready for the next level of being a salon owner. She has provided opportunities for other young stylists to achieve various levels of success over the past 6 years, and mentoring them with her guidance and positive attitude, as they pursue their goals in an ever-evolving industry. Jen is Redken Colour Certified, and a Design and Style Specialist.
JAzmine Smith
Jazmine is a master stylist who is passionate about hair and her career. She graduated from Art and Technique 3 years ago, and since then she has continued to educate. From Montreal to Toronto, she pursues all opportunities presented to her.
Although balayage and foiling work is her specialty, her attention to detail and precision cuts sets her apart.
Some of Jazmine's favourite things are caring for her cats, pizza and shopping.
AUTUMN STEPHENSON
Autumn is a self educated, licensed stylist, at Salon Eleven.
She started her journey as an apprentice under Jen Masters in early 2019 and began taking clients full time in March 2021.
Autumn’s goal is to specialize in lived in blondes, brunettes, California hair and extensions. She is the product ambassador for S11 and keeps up with all the new products and trends. She hopes to travel the world to expand her learning and hair education.
Autumn loves to travel and try new things. Anything from food to making friends and new experiences. You can find her in her spare time spending time with her pets.
ALEX DYKE
Alex is a new up and coming hairstylist at Salon Eleven. Continuing her education, and accepting her own clientele.
She started her hair journey by attending Aveda Institute in 2020. Once graduated Alex did her apprenticeship at a high end salon in downtown Toronto and as Junior Stylist in Prince Edward County, working alongside well rounded stylists. She thrives on continuing education and has trained along side great artists, including Redken Global Artist Chris Weber.
Growing up in Prince Edward County and living in Toronto for almost a decade, Alex recently moved back to the area settling with fiancé and beloved dog Dolly.
alix gale
Alix started at Salon Eleven in late 2018. Her passion and knowledge for client care & all things hair have been a natural fit for the S11 family.
She loves building genuine relationships with all of our guests while devoting herself to ensuring everyone gets the best care and attention.
In her downtime you can find Alix on the water in her boat, traveling, hanging with her cats and checking out local bakeries with her fiancé.
Jen Woolner
Jen has over 18 years in the hair industry and co-owned a salon before moving East to the country. She is very excited to be a part of the team at Salon Eleven Hair Co.
She believes continual education is extremely important which makes her a natural fit for S11. Her education portfolio includes numerous classes for Balayage, Global Blonding as well as Cutting & Design. Jen loves everything about colours but is passionate about blondes & balayages.
Jen spends her free time with her fiancé on their small hobby farm with their dogs, goats & chickens.
Amanda kiddle
Amanda is a Vancouver Island girl that’s made her adventure over to Ontario. She is looking forward to this new beginning at Salon Eleven and meeting all kinds of new faces.
Hair is Amanda’s passion! She has been a stylist for the past 10 years and loves everything about what she does. Amanda loves all things blonde, from balayage’s to full head of foils and everything in between. She excels in all colours, cuts & styles . Amanda also offers a variety of extension applications as well for a fun pop of colour or adding some new length for a not so permanent style.
ELyse Indewey
New Talent Stylist
Elyse is an up and coming stylist at S11. She is excited to meet new guests and is currently offering $1 Shampoo/Blowdries.

maegan lafrance
FRANK
Frank is our S11 mascot & salon vibe maker. He is friendly, however, sleepy. You may see him at the salon chilling in his club chair acting as our security dawg, walking around seeing who brought him some treats, strategically standing below your chair to get a couple scratches or napping because… #doglife.
Frank is 13 years old, and thriving. He also has an “old man” cough that might scare you, but he’s perfectly OK!
We had to say goodbye to Frank. Sept 13, 2024, Missed but not forgotten. RIP
